We came after my Grandmother's funeral. We enjoyed our service by Mitchell. All of the food was great except the burger that my brother-in-law ordered. It was supposed to be medium well. The bun had blood on it. We know this because it was red. When we cut it open it was definitely raw on the inside. Upon sending it back, they not only gave him back the same burger, but the same bun as well. I understand putting the burger back on the grill, but he should have gotten a new plate and bun. I had to ask for a new bun. When it came out the second time, it was burnt on the outside and still medium in the middle. Poor guy was so hungry that he ate around the outside. And no manager came to apologize.
If you have mobility issues and use a scooter, they will put you in a corner not to be in their way. I offered to move my scooter out of the way, they made me get out of the way. Quite embarrassing. Dined in recently and the service was slow. The host was gracious. Waiter was friendly and a little overwhelmed it seemed. The hummus with pita was flavorful as was the Almond Chicken salad.
