Zaza’s Steakhouse and Italian Eatery

Wilted lettuce salad, two hours for meal to come out. Ordered a bottle of wine that was $32 in the menu, charged $36. When brought to attention was told there was nothing they could do about it. The menus need to be updated but the owners refuse to spend the money? The manager said that they would give me the phone number for the owners and I could take it up with them. Ridiculous.

The rack of lamb is really good, the eggplant parmigiana is delicious but the service is bad and their martinis taste like watered down kool aid. CALAMARI IS HORRIBLE TASTE LIKE NOTHING AND LOOKS LIKE FROZEN DINNER QUALITY. Although I never had one I hear from a lot of people that their steaks are really good. The waiter is a nice kid and he did try to make it up to me when I made it known that I was not satisfied with his service. He’s got potential and so does this place but I just feel bad spending $200 on a dinner and walk out not satisfied.

My wife and I had dinner and drinks. The bartender and the waiter were very professional. Nice music being played. The chef came out and greeted us. Large portions of Chicken Parm and Pasta. Fresh Dessert. A very nice evening. We will return.
