Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Very disappointed in the food!!!!! My chicken tenders was cooked in burnt grease. I called the restaurant back asking to speak with manager and was hung up on then I called back and was placed on hold for 10 minutes NO MANAGER ever came to the phone. Highly disappointed and won’t come back. Horrible customer service!!!!!!

Myself along with two other guest stood at counter to place order and were completly ignored by the 3 workers behind the counter for ten minutes. A simple acknowledgement would have been all it took to let us know we mattered as guest.

Ordered online at 9:14 from the parking lot because drive-thru was slow. Pickup time was 9:24. When I was notified that food was ready, I went to the door, like the signs in the parking lot showed. However the doors were locked. I had to call and she advised to go through the drive thru. This meant we had to wait for 3 other cars orders and didn't get ours until 9:40. We pulled up a I checked my order.. and they left the sauce out. What the heck.. where is the service??? I left one star since my chicken wasn't raw.... cause at this point it wouldn't have suprise me.
