This particular Zaxby's has and will always be my favorite place to eat. The nicest people, the best quality of chicken and tell Big Boy he a homie.
lazy employees closed the store early, hours online and at the door showed they close at 11:00 and it was 10:00 p.m. and denied me service. the em0loyed event got an attitude with me.
Every time I go to this location I have a problem. Yes I get you get busy. No I have no problem filling my drink. However when I go to the counter to tell you that you have absolutely no Splenda and you say OK then don't bother to bring me any...... that's a problem. I went in to get my wife's food and drink because she had surgery and was sitting in the car. She cannot have sugar. And there was nothing at the drink area to get for her. This is ridiculous. Every time we decide to have Zaxbys. Making us not want to go ever again. RIDICULOUS! Dietary restrictions: Didn't want to give us Splenda. Decided ignoring me was easier. RIDICULOUS!
