Super sweet girl at the drive-thru really if you had to wait for 30 minutes you couldn't be mad at her. Good attitude polite pleasant sweet good looking... Smart move manager.
Good food, fresh and hot, but man that drive thru is slow (but whose isn’t slow these days).
They don't include Zaxby's sauce with their meals. After going back to my seat and paying $10 per meal, I went back to the counter and asked for one sauce per meal and they told me it would be an extra $1. They said it's $0.25 per sauce. That is ridiculous. I just walked away from the counter without sauce. Even a sit-down restaurant will give extra sauce. Zaxby's won't even give one sauce per meal. And they're the same price as a sit down. Terrible customer service. To top it off, they got my order wrong.
