For veterans day, Zaxby's promises veterans a free signature sandwich meal. When you get there they tell you that you have to download the app to get the deal. Ok, fair enough. You download the app and (even though the app tells customers that they can just show and flash their ID but we humored them anyway) we ordered through the app and it said it would email a code to your email address. The code never showed up. We eventually just left because we were hungry and went somewhere that didn't require you to jump through flaming hoops while doing somersaults in order to get a deal. Last year, there was no problem and we just walked in and got our food. Extremely roundabout policies and while I normally like their food and service, they flopped hard today.
