Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They can't figure out how a drive through works. If one person is in the restaurant you're waiting 20 minutes just to order. It's absolutely pathetic how the drive through is operated.

Waited in the drive through for 5 or 6 minutes without even being greeted. They finally came to the speaker and said it would be another 5+ minutes before they could serve us without any sort of explanation. Service : 1/5 … More

Went to this location today 08/08/2022 . Was told they didn’t open til 11:30am … so I waited the 6-7 minutes for them to open in the parking lot . After arriving at the window at 11:30 I was then told AGAIN they wouldn’t be open until 11:35 …. They kept pushing back the time due to “a hectic morning” before they even opened and was told they didn’t know when it would be . Not only when you come here do you have to wait forever but majority of the time the food is COLD. Putting this zaxby’s here was the worst idea ever, they can’t even open at the correct time and have the slowest service ever . They really need to get this taken care of .
