Love there salads. They have new Zensational smaller salads with chicken, costs a little less. Their regular salad is huge. They both are delicious. I know I am back in Arkansas because "ya'll" know how to provide excellent customer service that was sorely lacking in Florida.
Had me sit through the drive thru line and then made me come inside to pick up an online order. Didn't offer to bring it out. What's the point of a drive thru and mobile order if I have to come inside to pick it up? Quality at this Zaxby's is pretty good for strips, but very inconsistent for wings, to the pojnt that I stopped getting wings. It used to be reliably good.
The reviews and rating doesn’t add up. No one answers when calling either. Found a fly in my salad, it was smashed and at the bottom. Looked some more and what do you know, another fly. They can keep the 7$ because they’ll never get my money again. Time to start eating at home people.
