This Canes location is THE one to go to. The food is always super fresh, and the staff is UNBELIEVABLY nice. They are super courteous, caring, and lively. They even gave our dog a treat when we had him in the car with us! This location just goes above and beyond. 11/10
The fries are good since they are seasoned and have amazing texture, the chicken is small but they offer a fair price and good flavor. The bread is not what your looking for. Good customer service and fast.
I used to love this place....had been coming here for a year and after today will never return. Hard to describe the horrible encounter but it wasn't the fault of any of the cooks or cashier's.... directly related to what has to be the most unqualified assistant management I have ever seen. I hope I never even see that particular human again in my life.... anywhere. The customer service was non existent and I would refer you to Raisin Canes just a half a mile away.
