Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food was cold. Service was slow and bad. They thought it would be funny to tell us our order number was 69. But they didn't humorously call 69, they called 41 so our food sat up on the counter for a while. No condiments are out. Not was there anyone at the counter to ask for them. They don't take the chairs down to sit down on. If I could give 0 starts, I would. Ice machine broken and tea not in lobby.

We used to love Zaxby's, their salads were a great option for a balance meal. Now they reduce the options of salads to just 3, sad to see that. Besides that in our latest visit the quality of the salad preparation was sloppy. Mine was OK, but my wife salad (exactly the same) was missing several ingredients

The Texas toast was overtoasted and hard. Disappointing because I like their Texas toast. The french fries dod nt have the sessoning they usually put on it. It was regular fries. Needs improvement.
