Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

As an employee at this location I can tell you that the community and work environment are amazing, we have our rough days but we all try our best to make sure that our guests are happy and fed on time and enjoy their visit. Even tho I eat this everytime I work I still love the food and my fellow employees. Absolutely recommend, everyone who works here from the cooks to the owners help out and put blood sweat and tears into this place and you can even taste the love in the food

That reply is as disconnected with the customer experience as were the zombie like, walking dead, zero welcome feeling from the employee's we encountered. Food good. Host friendly. Every time we go in this restaurant, we have to try and find a clean table. Have to settle for the cleanest table out of all the dirty tables. Complaining don't work. They send young man out and he wipes at a couple tables and retreats to back. If they'll provide cleaning equipment, I'll do it myself. Every time dirty.
