This is one of the best Zaxby's around! Their food is always fresh and hot, and the drive thru moves fast even with long lines. They have high inspection scores and great customer service. Love this location.
The quality here really goes up and down. I'll get awesome food for like a month, then my next few orders are awful. Tonight was one of the worst: no seasoning on the fries, no butter on the toast, and they forgot my extra piece of toast. Why is it so inconsistent?
I used to work at Zaxby’s two years ago and all I Gotta say is now this place is going downhill! There was wing sauce all over my box and on the outside of the bag. The proportions of the meals were awful. Paid for a meal and got half of it. Very disappointing and always relied on zaxbys food.
