Whats up with this locations drink machine always being down and not working for several months or at least every time I go. I ordered 4 finger platter with fries. The fries were undercooked, some of it was burnt, the bread on one side was buttered but not toasted and the other side was not toasted and had no butter, it was also stale. I couldn’t eat the food I just threw it all away. Noticed this once I got home. I live downtown charlotte, so i didnt want to drive all the way back 30 min away. I want a refund. This is unacceptable. For them to serve people this I should call the the city of charlotte!
I come here for lunch every chance I get, which, luckily for me, is most days. The service is always fast, the employees are always friendly, and the food is always on point. My online order didn’t include any of the sauces and extra sauces I had paid for. Drove back to Zaxby’s for the rest of my order and am met with an unapologetic and rude cashier.
