The fries were hard & cold. Everything else was good. Great service, the food was just halfway good. Also the portion size was lite compared to other Zaxby locations. Usually okay. The service is very slow. They need to STOP telling people to go wait and park. They usually forget about bringing out the order. Ive had to unfortunately park several times when they say to do so and 10+ minutes pass and they don’t come out. My food is always just sitting in the counter. Service needs to improve by a lot. Otherwise good is usually good.
