Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location really needs to talk to their team about carrying on a conversation with another co-worker while customers are placing their orders. This is not the 1st time this has happen. While I was placing my order at the drive thru the young lady taking my order started laughing with a co-worker in the background. I had to repeat my order 3x for her to get it right. She also charged me twice and i had to call my bank to have the charge disputed. Then I was told to pull forward while they were getting my order ready but it was definitely not worth the wait. My wings were dry and cold, and also my toast was burnt.

waited 10 min for my meal. Was asked if i was dining in or out. Told them in ,later to find out , they were only doing takeouts. Garbage bins were full. Brought supper home, no ranch dressing, ketchup or silverware. What a joke!

Her name is Laraimia she was rude from the moment we came in. I had to repeat my name to her 4x before I could even get my order started. Which she thought was funny. I watch as she threw my food in to the bag as if she was wnba player. I had to reach over the counter to get my food as she held my bag away from me. I also watch as the man who had order his meal not get his meal and she had to go back and find and reorder his meal because they all were to busy standing around doing nothing. So much for southern hospitality. You do have cameras right go checked them people like that will cause you to lose business.
