Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This place was terrible today. I usually go there with my wife and I never have any problems. Today, I went to go get my wife & myself some lunch. First they made me wait for over 10 minutes. On my order, I made it a large meal and after I left the place and got my meal, they gave me 10 fries and 1 Zaxby's sauce for the 2 meals. Why charge me for the large meal when you are only going to give me 10 fries? I tried to call the store and their phone line is disconnected. This is ludicrous and I hope that Corporate goes to fix the issue. It is wrong to have employees charging customers for the food but not giving them their worth of food that they are paying for. Horrible business model if that is what the management is instructing the employees to do.

This place is horrible, against my better judgement, I gave it one more try today and they just can't get it right ! Ordered 10 piece boneless wings, got it home it was a 5 piece with fries. Called their phone number 3 times letting it ring for a long time but no one answers ! This is second time in a year that I have gone to this Zaxby's in Taylor's and the customer service is terrible. I drive up and the guy just gives me a total no hello, no repeating of my order. I pay for what I hope is my order. I get my food handed to me and when he hands me my drink he pours the over flow out of the cup right as he is handing it to me and then gives it to me with coke dripping every where, does not offer to wipe it off or anything. He closes the window with no thank you come back again nothing. Very bad customer service!
