Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Sad experience today. Wife and I arrived at 12:10pm. Lady took our order quickly, then we waited for 35 plus minutes for 2 easy plates. Some patrons waiting over 45 minutes. Short staffed. Disorganized. One of the employees brought her 3 kids( one was a baby) and dropped them in a booth and left them while she worked. Screaming’ crying etc… nearly everyone there was very upset. This location has been open for 6-8 weeks now. No excuse for the circus today. Where is management? Zaxbys corporate would have a fit if they saw the mess today. We will not be back anytime soon. If ever.

Ordered wings and things and got nuggets without the wimpy sauce. They look dry. Literally just chicken nuggets no sauce

Service was terrible. I got all the way to my destination to realize that there was no dressing for my salad. I call and the lady told me "first of all" and "second of all". She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and had to be no older than 19. They definitely don't respect their elders. This place could care less and instead of going back and raising hell I'll just avoid that place at all cost. I don't know how employees can hate their job that soon and it just opened.
