Ordered a doordash from them, and they handed out my order to the wrong person. They refused to remake the order and make sure that they honored the money we gave them. Usually that’s not how the service industry works especially in this area where there is tons of other options. They do this bc DoorDash will refund it so they’re basically stealing from DoorDash. If I was DoorDash I’d remove them. The girl who handed out our order to the wrong person said that it is the district managers policy not to fix mistakes. Sounds like a real winner. Avoid this restaurant.
Always good food! Order is always correct, never had to worry about bringing food back. Place is clean and well kept. They have great different styles of chicken to satisfy anyone that loves chicken. The different sauces here are unique and always good. Great place to get chicken with quick service.
Tonight we treated ourselves to the best chicken sandwiches! Zaxbys is better than Chick-fil-A and Popeyes combined! I had the chicken club sandwich and experienced pure foodgasm!
