Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Friendly staff, fast service and great tea. The chicken is great too! Tables were cleaned quickly after the seats were empty....very clean.

Drive-thru for 2 sides, I literally live right behind this location and have only been twice, including today. Asked for ketchup and Honey Mustard sauce, instead of Ranch and they tried to upcharge me. Got back to my apartment, fries were obviously undercooked and/or held and no ketchup. So, I took them right back. There was a young lady, behind the counter, who appeared to be possibly a crew lead who was incredibly rude. I explained I ordered ketchup and she pointed to a condiment holder and told me it was right there. I said, I went to the drive-thru, it should have been in the bag. She told me to just grab it. Extremely poor customer service. One star for replacing my fries.

After taking an order for me over the phone, did not have it when I got there. Manager (who had horrible people skills) told me just to wait in line it would 30 minutes. He never once tried to understand the situation. Not to mention parking and drive thru is a cluster anyway. Would not recommend - as many places that are coming to surrounding area.. this place will go out of business soon if they don’t fix their issues.
