Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We waited in the drive thru line for 25-30 minutes only to get to the speaker and they tell us they’re not taking anymore orders because they “don’t have any food” although it was 2 cars in front of us and a car behind us that stayed in line because they were getting food. Because we waited in line so long, almost everything else decent was closed or almost closed. That isn’t right for people to have to wait that long just to not get any food and the restaurant wasn’t even closed, and wasn’t closing for another 30 minutes when we got to the speaker.

I sat In the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. My order was taken but was not told that there was no food. I had to eventually call the restaurant to figure out what was going on. This used to be my favorite Zaxbys but not anymore. This location closes at 10:00pm and I arrived before 9:00pm. It is really sad that this establishment allows for their employees to take orders knowing that they don’t have the capacity to serve customers. 0 starts if I could because my precious time was wasted on insufficient communication by staff members.

This is probably one of the worse Zaxbys in the area. The service is not great at all. They are always out of menu items. The food is typically not that fresh, like it has been sitting for hours. Note, inspect your order before you leave to ensure you have everything that you ordered.
