Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Words cannot describe how bad this experience was. This was by far the WORST experience I've had in a fast-food drive-thru line. The girl in the drive-thru was hateful and nasty towards me. And after reading all the negative reviews, I take it that everyone had to deal with her. I've worked in the fast food industry before, and I would've never been nasty to any of my customers like that. While I understand that some people have bad days, this girl straight-up wanted to get into a full-blown argument with me for looking at her weirdly. Which any normal human being would give anyone after receiving a foul attitude like that. While I love Zaxby’s, I'm never coming back to that location again. If I was you, go to another Zaxby’s up the road. At least they’ll provide better hospitality than this location.

The person in the drive thru didn’t ask me how my day was. They were very short with talking to me as well. My food was awful. The used tops of nibs as the bottom of my nib roll. The French fries were all over my tray in between the nibs and under them. My food tray was in the bad OPEN. They did not give me sauce or ketchup for my fries. I use to work at Zaxby’s and when I did this would have been representative behavior. I will not be coming back.

The cashier was friendly. I was surprised that she asked if she could clear some of our trash. I don't think I have ever seen that in a Zaxby's before. That was great! Great food too!
