Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I was given the wrong food and gave it back, they asked me word for word “did you open the box” we hadn’t so we handed it back to them in the window and they brought that order to the correct customer without remaking him a new one. I wait outside for my food while other cars are pulling out the drive through so I walk in(which I never do). Get in, the girl that was running the drive through is on her phone, the other girl involved is eating in view of customers behind the counter and the guy that brought me the wrong food outside had his headphones in, they may as well be stealing money from Zaxbys. Nasty environment, lazy employees, no sense of urgency and lastly they still forgot something the second time.

Visited this location on numerous occasions. Very poor customer service. It's a shame that you order and requests specific condiments that are charged, and the restaurant still fails to put them in the bag. I requested two hot honey mustard, but I received ranch. Someone here Is clearly not paying attention when bagging orders.

New menu item Styrofoam chicken, yummy! Just kidding, I know mistakes happen but this was disappointing to see when I got home:(
