Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Very poor experiences as of late. Did online order, and they sent to wrong store. After repeated attempts to refund money, manager finally got on phone and said they couldn't do anything. Had to drive across town to get order and when I got there, was met with employee who didn't want to give me the food which was already cold since I had to drive so far to get. Every time I try to give Zaxby's another chance, they find more than one way to disappoint. I never give any place really bad reviews, but Zaxby's, dangit, y'all are horrible. What happened?

Don’t order the 5 piece tender, they’ll give you a 3 piece with less fries than can fit in the palm of your hand.

Just last week we ate at another location where the portions were larger and the food was fresh. In this case the chicken fingers were small and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. The cups of cole slaw were noticeably smaller (about half the size) and the bread was missing from half of the orders. No sauce was provided nor offered. At least the facility was clean.
