Highly recommend the arctic coolers, good service and quick too. Gets busy at times but the line moves fast
Extremely disappointed in the customer service! As I understand it, Sunday’s are the busiest day of the week and unfortunately, they had a mechanical failure. Rather than notifying the customer it would take an hour to get a scoop of ice cream, they allowed everyone to stay trap in line and not until AFTER WE PAID, did someone communicate what’s going on. This was the worst display of customer service I’ve seen. I’ll never go back. NO ICE CREAM IS WORTH THE HASSLE!
The best Italian ice and ice cream in Chicagoland! I’m so glad they are open year round now. I used to have to order Italian ice and freeze is for the winter when they used to be seasonal. So glad they are expanding.
