As always the carne asada is incredible and the quesadilla is huge and delicious! This isNOT typical gas station fare. Think taco truck so good you'd chase it down across a busy city good! And these beautiful ladies are always so sweet and helpful.
Located in the Shell Gas Station, Zapitos Taco Bar has really great bean, bacon & egg breakfast tacos. You can get them with either flour or corn tortillas. We opted for the flour and they were sooooo delicious. These are small tacos, and while I could have eaten two because they are so good, one each was fine for us and a more appropriate portion size. Loved the red salsa with them, they also have a green salsa which is tasty but sparky. They have several tables, so you can dine in - the coffee (Community Cofee) was good too.
Not bad for a gas station. Food came out quick and was 5.99 for three shredded beef tacos, beans and rice.
