Arrived at 10:28 and the open sign was on. The girl was rude about it and said they weren't open yet. Waited one minute and walked back in. She was still unfriendly. We went to order and we were informed that none of the food would be ready for at least another hour. Why bother opening at 10:30 if you have no food. We walked out as well as the customer behind us.
This place used to be nice and clean. Today the food isn't that good anymore, the restroom is very filthy. Insude the restaurant was a very bad odor from the trash. I don't think that l would recommend it to anybody. It seems that the owner doesn't care about his place anymore. Dietary restrictions: Not to much options
I normally go to the Zankou Chicken in Pasadena and I know that location has great food. Since Montebello is closer to me I decided to give it a shot. Not the same. My family and I were disappointed. Food took long to get served. Food was cold. Other patrons we're complaining of the wait time as well. I'm not sure if the workers were just having a bad evening. I'm willing to give this place one more shot. Hopefully my next visit will be better. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian friendly Parking: Ample parking
