Zahra is an entrepreneurial woman who owns a middle eastern restaurant in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is determined to bring a new type of eating experience to the city, and to promote a change both in the food industry and in how the local community views middle eastern cuisine.

What a tremendous lunch! The falafel was amazing; complete with pickled turnips and Arabic pickles. The sumac garlic fries were equally delicious. The Baklava was fresh and full of syrup... just the way I like it. When I learned this was the sister restaurant to the famed Eastside Allentown Legendary Aladdin, I wasn't surprised. They have been turning out the best Syrian food for half a century.

Delicious food individually prepared great service. As good as what we enjoyed when we lived in Damascus,Syria.The real thing.
