Z South

Before you decide to go to Z South make sure to read all the reviews. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy with family and/or friends and you care about getting quality service or even decent service for that matter you may want to reconsider going to Z South. Service was Awful. It is really small and very loud. One would think that with a small location you would be taken care of pretty quickly but that’s not the case. We were never even offered a glass of water. To top it off we had to ask for more chips and salsa a few times because they give you such a small amount and the food takes so long to get to the table. The server never came to check and see if we needed anything until I brought it to their attention. I asked to speak to the manager and when I finally got the opportunity to talk to her she didn’t seem to be to concerned about the issues I brought to her attention. I’m not sure (I could be wrong) but it seemed that more than anything that she was bothered by the fact that

We love coming here with our toddler and we've brought extended family multiple times. Top notch chips and salsa, refillable but don't over do it! Save room! Great flavor on the enchiladas and tacos. many options for different sized meals. We've never had a problem with service. Staff is always friendly and accommodating

The design and feel of the restaurant is luxurious yet quaint. Nothing snooty. The chicken enchiladas were plated nicely. The flavor of the sauce was tasty and complemented the flavor of the chicken well. I'll come back for sure. Might have been a 5 star, but the management were reprimanding an employee for something. It sounded deserving, but why do it at a table that is within earshot of your customers. Other than that, great experience.
