You can never go wrong with the crispy tater cubes - the crunch & flavor are on point. Also, I always go for the chicken & quinoa meatballs & enjoy them. ???? In my previous visit I tried the seared halloumi for the first time & I also thought they were decent. If you’ve been to Yvonne’s you already know the ambiance is great. If you haven’t, that’s a good enough reason to go. ????
As a fan of the speakeasy concept, I had a great time at Yvonne's. The fact that it's down an ally and very unassuming from the outside makes this place seem incredibly exclusive. I'm not from Boston so I'm unaware what the local perception of Yvonne's may be. However, it was special for me. The craft cocktails and atmosphere mean you're going to spend $$$ so be prepared. Just don't let that deter you from this experience. If you can find this gem, you will definitely have a great time!
I’ll give the food 4 star and the vibe 6 star!!! Sit in the library area if you can and that’s the best environment and atmosphere you could get in a restaurant!!! For food I love the ribeye steak and baked oyster, but other dishes are not as amazing as I expected.
