Ordered 2 large bolis & a house salad tipped cash. Checked bank today & some douche bag added a 25% tip. The ONE time I didn't scratch out the tip space on the receipt. I will NEVER EVER return. Hope it was worth the additional $10 theft

So this place has the best boli. However the service sucks. Like big time, really sucks. In the last two months we have tried to eat here and shown up two plus hours before closing to eat only to be told that “we are sorry, we can’t seat you”. Like seriously! Update your google hours then. Just called them three hours prior to closing to order their “signature Stromboli” only to be told “we are sorry, take out is closed”. Literally driving a great business further into the ground. We have been going here for ten plus years and have dealt with understaffing. I’ll wait. Not a problem. The current staff however, are incredibly rude and care nothing for the patrons. This is such a sad story watching each location slowly die because of POOR SERVICE!!!!

Every-time I come to this specific location there is 1 bartender in particular who works at the bar and she has been working here for years with dark hair who is rude to me. I sat at a table, she yelled over the bar do you want something? I said I’m sorry I thought you were coming to my table and she told me no she isn’t and said I could just get up and walk to the bar. Then she gave me a watered down alcoholic beverage as if I didn’t watch her pour me a shot of cranberry juice. A couple came in right after me and sat at a table. She walked right up to the couple and took their order.
