Youell's Oyster House

We always enjoy a dinner at Youells Oyster House. We started with 6 oysters and clams casino. Both apps were very good. The oysters always taste so fresh. For meals, my wife had a Caeser salad with Shrimp Cocktail. She did say the shrimp we good, just nothing extraordinary. I usually get the Paella but I went with the 16oz. Cowboy Ribeye, medium rare..The steak was cooked perfectly and had good taste, maybe a touch salty in spots. It wasn't bad at all but I'd probably stick with the Paella next time. Our waiter Cody was attentive and did an overall good job. Parking: Street parking is available, I can see on a busy night it hard to find street parking relatively close.

Highly recommend! If you like seafood, you'll love Youell's. Their raw selections are amazing. Of course, if someone in your party doesn't eat seafood, that's ok... they have other options on the menu like steak.

We loved it! First time visiting. Location is a nice neighborhood section. We parked on street less than a block from the restaurant. Very nice welcoming atmosphere and the server was very attentive and pleasant!! Food was delicious. We shared a bang bang shrimp appetizer. I had the stuffed salmon and my wife had the short beef rib boneless Wellington. We also split a piece of raspberry cheesecake which was so creamy and tasty. The bill matched the taste and quality of the food so we'll have to keep our visiting there for special occasions but that's a good thing!! Look forward to sharing and visiting with friends and family again in the future for sure.
