I didn’t want to give just one star because I want the franchise owner/s to read the recent reviews as well as mine. It’s been two months in a row where we come for lunch at 11 from Luke AFB and you are closed. I don’t know why a restaurant would be closed during lunch hour, which assumingely would be one of your busiest times of the day. Today, we went to firehouse subs, along with about 30 other service members who saw that you were closed also. That’s a lot of money to lose. Just wanted to make you aware of something you may or may not already know.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. They will give you the wrong order and then tell you to email the company! What kind of business GIVES THEIR CUSTOMER THE WRONG FOOD and then tells them to send an email? I didn’t even leave the building and they told me they could not refund or exchange the food that THEY MESSED UP. This place is trash and the staff is trash.

This place use to be ok as being the only place that sells tereyaki bowl’s but in recent yrs the quality of the food has gotten worse and worser…. The chicken and beef is all rubbery and taste like card board now brown rice taste like the minute rice box Lmaoooo but yeah to over priced for this tasteless bad quality food
