From the end of June, 2020: Would give them a higher rating if the server hadn't been so darn sexist! My goodness. I am always so oblivious to this kind of stuff and I'm a great denier but this kid was being so rude and obvious. Trying to address only my male companion and giving him back the check to sign. My card was on it with my name! They also tried to cook everything for us at a much quicker pace than we were comfortable eating and we had to stop him on part two because my steamed egg hadn't even arrived. The pile of meat on the fourth picture was all him. The sides were a solid 3/5 too. Overall not impressed. Will not return.
encountered a grumpy server yesterday afternoon. he saw us three times waiting at the door, and didnt even acknowledge us, until the female server saw us and got us seated. then he moved us to a smaller table in the middle where the highchair barely fit, he said he's just getting the place ready coz its close to dinner time and its going to be busy. i asked him if the side dishes were free refills and he said yes, then afterwards he proceeded to say that the next one will be charged because he already did "three rounds" (we only asked refills on 4 small side dishes, not the whole set). the other servers were quiet but pleasant though, so this guy probably just have some attitude problem. i used to go to this place a lot but so disappointed now considering that its the first time i brought my mother there. probably not going back.
This place has excellent food, fast and friendly staff. They also are very attentive which is cool. I ordered the galbi and pork belly. Both were extremely fresh and tasted amazing. I will be back when I visit the Gardena area.
