Delicious! The drinks were phenomenal, best I’ve had on my trip to Providence. Not pictured were the scallion pancakes, didn’t get a picture because they looked so delicious I completely forgot to get a photo! They were my favorite part of the meal ????
What can I say everything was absolutely amazing. The service was fast and friendly. The soup dumplings super delicious. The pork Bao very soft and savory. And the Y Shoyu Ramen was perfect. I can't wait to come back and try some other dishes. If you haven't been here I recommend you try it.
Not impressed. There are hints and odes to Japanese culture left and right, however, after multiple visits it fails to capture that spirit. The Ramen is OK at best, and the rest of the cuisine is not as memorable. Almost got the vibes of a Japanese/Western fusion restaurant, and that is only a detriment. The food is mediocre, and the service is abysmal, there's potential there but they fall flat. Hope you don't have the experiences I had. Good luck.
