Xochimex Cantina Grill

New favorite mexican food spot. Alot of food for good price. Ordered burrito and nachos both are huge. Very friendly staff

So I decided to give Google explore a chance and came across Xochimex. The reviews looked good and the pictures were amazing. So I brought my wife here last Sunday and I was impressed. The three staff members were very nice and the young man was very helpful with the menu. I got a burrito and my wife got a rice bowl. It was the biggest burrito I ever ate. We got a combo which came with a drink chips and cookies. I had a very good experience. The prices were not bad compared to the portion. It was very slow at the time which I figured cause it was Sunday. Will definitely return.

What we liked: Good sized portions and tortillas made fresh from dough right in front of you. Plenty of items and sauces. Good price for beer. I did not like the fact that the grill does not get cleaned/scraped between orders which left a black, crusty residue on meats. They forgot to add beef to one order, so they did not charge for it but still irritating. The toppings do not get heated after being added to burrito so overall it was cold. All in all,it is probably an experience which can be skipped.
