It was a big night with the Buckeyes playing, but they were 45 minutes late after already waiting an hour. When I asked if they could compensate something, they said they can’t do anything for online orders. Really? Can’t throw something in? When the order finally arrived, all the items were there but the toppings/crust were/was wrong. Zero customer service, only excuses, no apologies.
Great take out pizza! Good subs and chicken wings! Wonderful menu choice for a whole family! We have never been disappointed. Service is fast, professional with a good sense of humor!
Great service, management and pizza! The owner creates an at home environment. Highly recommend!
