Woosta Pizza

absolutely terrible customer service, woman at counter repeatedly shamed me and a friend who were attending sad summer festival just a few blocks away. we ordered a small fry and asked for the bathroom and the woman repeated that the bathrooms were “out of order”, from my experience in working in restaurants that is also against health code violations. got to the point that the woman was harassing us to button up our flannels for wearing tank tops in nearly 100° weather. Asked for a refund immediately and walked out as the woman yelled at us to not be angry with her, keep in mind there was one table, the woman at the counter and a man in the kitchen. would never recommend and never go there again. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Don't know about the pizza, and won't try it. Why, because they do not have any bathrooms. While out for a lovely day in Worcester was looking forward to grabbing a large slice of pizza and a cold drink, as was my family. However, despite having a rather large seating area, they have no bathroom. Curious what Massachusetts and/or city code says about that, I'll have to look into that later. Instead, we went down the street to The Mercantile - which actually has bathrooms. Maybe we'll get pizza, out maybe something else. Alas, we won't be going back to Woosta Pizza until they add bathrooms...

It was a horrible experience when I webt here for some pizza. I ordered some to go and got my pizza in a to go box. I then decided to eat it there. The pizza tasted horrible and it stinks because this place used to be great. When I went to leave I go to throw my to go box in the trash and as I'm doing it one of the lady's that worked there was like don't throw that away but ir was too late. . The box was already in the trash. She went IN THE TRASH and grabbed the box and brought it behind the counter again so they could reuse it. I was so disgusted she did this in front of me and other customers. They obviously don't care about infection control and if they are that brazen to do this in front of customers what else are they doing to their food. If I could rate this place no stars I would. Don't go there!
