It’s 11:38pm and the cheese steak is dry. I ask for an extra slice of cheese and the cashier says “we don’t do that right now”. I then ask the guy can I buy the cheese and place it on myself i am told “no, we don’t have any extra cheese” It’s a cheese steak place for crying out loud. Just onions and cheese with steak. Very lazy. Most depressing steak I’ve ever had. Won’t ever come back. Save yourself the trouble and go to big Dave’s cheese steak. Update 12am : so i finally ate the steak. Key world SALTY. It’s clear they make these cheese steaks for gentrification & drunk people hence the lame menu so not satisfying to come out your bed to give a local restaurant a try. Never again
I would love to give Woody’s 5 stars because the food is delicious but the decision making during heavy traffic will not allow me to. At a time when both customers and delivery drivers are coming in, they chose to prioritize walk ins over delivery drivers. Why not address both? The drivers were waiting for food that has been ordered and paid for. My dasher waited over 25 minutes (in the restaurant) for my order. That’s simply unacceptable.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was on point! Highly recommend this place for your cheesesteak fix
