Look at all this beautiful food we ate yesterday. Cocktails (i got the Cumin, Jeremy the Molé, and Christine the Pear) Steak tartare (not pictured because it got DEVOURED) Burratta Chinese meatballs Mussels Lemon Sole Panna Cotta (pictured with the cheesecake) Coffee Jeremy got the duck and Christine the rabbit. It was an absolutely lovely meal at my favorite restaurant in Ohio. I was so glad I got to share it with friends.
Fried smelt was perfect. Drinks where great, pork chop was perfect. Only 3 stars because of our waitress - my husband and I really didn’t feel comfortable after a few gestures from her.
We held our "micro-wedding" (20 people total, including us!) at Wolf's Ridge in the Hickory Room, and could not have had a better experience! The space worked great for our intimate ceremony and dinner. We worked with Emily to plan the event, and she was so helpful in the planning process. She was very patient and quick to answer all of my questions, and helped make recommendations about the schedule, menu, room layout, and decor. She was very flexible and accommodating as our plans changed; we'd planned for our ceremony to be held elsewhere, but we ended up doing the ceremony right there in the Hickory Room before dinner and it ended up being perfect. The room has such a cool look already that you can keep decorations to a minimum, and they even supplied lovely candles and small plants to put out on the tables. On the day of our wedding, the staff members were all fantastic! They were friendly and fun and our guests all commented on how great the service was. We already knew that they
