Korean style Chinese food that you grew up with in South Korea. As a Korean American, I come here to eat Jjajangmeun 짜장면 짬뽕. I don’t normally pick every pieces of food;l;). It definitely satisfies the tastebuds for 짜장면 time. It’s a Korean American owned small business.

Almost left without ordering due to the ridiculous price point but did end up trying the food. Jajangmyun sauce was too sweet and salty. Jjambbong was too salty. Noodle was overcooked by a bit and didn't have a chew. Tangsooyook, for 30 bucks, I expect a bigger portion. The sauce for it had an odd flavor profile according to husband, he believes they use either... cloves or cardamom or five spice or cinnamon or nutmeg - you get the idea... a flavor that shouldn't be in tangsooyook sauce. The fried meat itself was good though, without the sauce. The price is just waaaay too high to justify a second visit... (If it's super delicious but pricey, we would return, but the flavor/portion size isnt even that great.)

Darn friendly! I was only non-Asian in the place for a Saturday lunch and I was treated like I was Brad Pitt who just happens to stumble in. The owner helped me pick something she thought I would like. And it was good. It is Korean/Chinese fusion leaning towards Korean. Noodles and soups/broths abound but for the less adventuresome there is a great looking General’s chicken and various fried rice options. I had the Korean noodles in a savory brown sauce (not spicy) with some pork and vegetables. Owner said this is not an Americanized version - said very traditional Korean preparation that would find on any street in Seoul. Had some pot stickers. Portion was very generous. Tasty. The owners are enthusiastic about their restaurant which is neat - place has some personality. Seemed like owner knew many of the other patrons as they bantered and jabbered in Korean. Give it a try. Nice place.
