Good wings and nicely seasoned fries. Plus, the wait time is worth it bc it's all freshly cooked just how I like it.
Deliveries - missing order items last 3 times - most recent missing 2 drinks - people at store when you call are very condescending, rude, and come across they couldn't care less and give impression you are bothering them. The absolute last time we ever order again - As a stock holder I will be selling my shares as basic customer service is clearly unobtainable and non existent and management is inexperienced and should have been replaced months ago. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Wings were way overcooked and dry. Flavors are bland, at least the two we ordered, mild and spicy Korean, especially the Korean spicy. Our server, angel was super rude, but honestly just upset over the quality of our food. I hope this was just a bad day, but I will be eating wings elsewhere.
