Wingstop

Order from this Wingstop often, like multiple times a month, but lately they’ve been slacking so hard. I ordered 10 boneless wings LR here tonight with a side of fries. Simple. What I received were stone cold fries that had definitely been sitting for no less than 2 hours, and 8 equally stone cold bone-in wings half and half random flavors. Straight in the trash. I’m done going here.

Absolutely horrible besides the cashier Jeriah the entire crew including the manager is a joke. No sense of urgency time management or structure. Clear lack of leadership. Waited over an hr after the original 20min they said it would take. With no explanation without being checked on. Then several customers are being ignored by management when asking for eta on food. I will not be returning only reason for 2 stars is strictly because Jeriah was giving it all she had. She's amazing.

Every time we order from this location we are missing items. This time it was a side and no sauces though we paid extra. Last time a drink and fries. Food is okay. However, I suggest not ordering via DoorDash. Go in store and make sure they give you all items you paid for.
