Wingstop

I ordered before it was even 11 through the app it was a small order for one, I got here at 11:20-25 and it wasn’t ready but someone else’s was (order for 5) who were walk ins they really need to do something abt their service, I didn’t end up getting my order until after 11:35 when they got theirs before 11:30. Saturday June 4 2022 am

This wingstop is usually pretty good. But they've been slacking so bad lately. I've gotten dried up wings, wings with barely enough season to tell what they are, wings that tasted like old grease. Idk what's happening, but they need to fix it. Today, it was the fries. They were so short, some were hard as a rock, it seemed like they came from grease trash at the bottom. I hope it doesn't any worse.

UPDATE- Manager Raymond took care of me and made it right. I appreciate him listening to my concerns. Worst experience ever. I loved this location until I got home and was missing half of my order. I called the restaurant and they said I was lying and would not give me the remaining 25 wings I paid for. Worst customer service ever.
