Horrible customer service, the guy at the front was very rude and he charged me for two drinks but only gave me one, and when i nicely told him that i was missing a cup he rolled his eyes and dropped the cup before I was able to grab it. Not the best experience
I placed order and waited. Wings usually hot, not this time! Hadn't ordered fries for a long time but did and so sorry that I did!! They were not only cold but it was as if they had left them sitting in cold oil. AND there was about 1/4 inch of oil at the bottom of the chicken container. I'm hoping it was an off night for them but won't be going back any time soon ????????????
Tried their new Chicken Sandwich for the first time after receiving their free sandwich deal. This review is mainly targeted at the sandwich. The sandwiches' patties are packed with Wingstop's unique flavors, which is what makes this sandwich stand out from the other popular fast food chains. I got two flavors: the Lemon and Pepper, a dry rub flavor; and the Mango Habanero, a sweet and spicy sauce. The Lemon and Pepper batter was particularly enjoyable - it made me emit a "YUM". The provided ranch dip also complimented the flavor nicely. The Mango and Habanero was also delicious, but it's one of their spiciest flavors, so be mindful. The patty itself however is a bit generic; the chicken itself isn't particularly juicy or crispy. All in all, I could see myself coming back here again for the sandwich. Especially if I wanted to try their other flavors.
