Wingstop

I went to pick up a big order and she only gave me one bag instead of two. I saw another bag next to the one she gave me and also the bag she gave me had a 1 under the name. I asked her if it was it, and she said yes. Story short, I was missing food from the other bag that she didn’t give me. And when I came back less than an hour ago and explained to her what happened and if she remembered me, she said no straight to my face and kind of laughed going away to the back of the store. UNBELIEVABLE!

Terrible place. Horrible customer service. Tried to place an order online because they can not take orders over 49.95 to pay online. Called the place to get options and they left me hanging on the phone. Went in person and voiced my discomfort and the manager had the audacity to tell me that that can of behavior was unacceptable. How dear she. In a respectful way I voiced my opinion. Bad bad place. I will take my business elsewhere.

Word to the wise they don't open at 11am trust me been there at that time people are just standing around and check your Order!!!!!
