The online ordering system is flawed if you want sauces on the side or extra sauces for cost. When you call to talk to the people at the store they are rude all the way up to management level. They say to call to put in special requests for the flawed online ordering system, but fail to deliver the sauces on the sides. Because they don’t have direct delivering aut they do not care about the issues. $50 for wings and cold fries without the sauces that should accompany it is disrespectful. I have them benefit of the doubt. But this is the third time it’s happened. I loved wing stop. I’m lost revenue from a repeat customer. Sean the manager at 152 is the rudest person amd hung up on me.

i placed an order and it came with french fries, which looked old, very fat and tasted so weird when you put them in your mouth, really bad job, i don't recommend buying them

First bad experience after a few good ones. I ordered 20 boneless wings with seasoned fries. When I got home I opened the bag and there was 20 plain wings and unseasoned fries.
