Wingstop

Went in to pick up an order and the GM (Silvia?) started yelling at me. I guess she thought I said something or she thought I was somebody else, and when I was trying to understand her, she told me, "y'all are always rude" and to "get out of her store and never come back." I didn't feel safe talking my order so I sat it on the counter and left. I still have no idea why she went off. I don't know if she's on something, if she's special, or if she was just having a bad day. Terrible way to conduct business. I'll never step into another WS again.

BUSY BUSY PLACE. PICKED UP MY PAID ORDERS AND STILL HAD TO BE IN A QUITE LONG LINE. THEY HARDLY CAN KEEP UP WITH ONLINE ORDERS/PICK UP. A LOT OF CUSTOMERS WHO PICKED UP THEIR ORDERS WERE MISSING PART OF ORDERS INCLUDING ME. FOOD WAS DELISH THOUGH… NEED TO BE MORE ORGANIZED.

Delivery got to the house about an hour after being ordered when it said 42-47 minutes from order to delivery. We tipped $10 on a $35 order (about 30%) hoping it wouldn't sit but that didn't matter. We were watching on the website and our order sat for 15 minutes before the driver started moving. By the time we got the food, it was cold so it had to be reheated. That's after I had to pour the fries out the bag as they were put in sideways and fell all in the bottom of the bag, causing most of the parmesan from the parmesan fries to fall off. Food lacked flavor. We ended up throwing much of it in the trash, including the drink that tasted off as well. My wife is a bit picky but I'm not. People joke that I'll eat anything. I won't eat that again.
