Wingstop

We placed the order online and paid, went in and let them know the name on the order and the guy at the desk said it wasn’t ready yet, after about 20 min i went up to the counter again and he said hr doesn’t see the order. I showed him the confirmation as well as the charge on my bank card and he still didn’t find the order. So i placed another order the exact same one he said it would be 25 minutes. So i left and went to Walmart for literally 10 min. Came back and it was ready. The fries was cold and not seasoned and when i got home we only had 24 wings, i ordered 30. So I called Dr he store. Only to be placed on hold for 15 min then i called back and no one is answering. They keep ignoring my calls now. I wish there was a corporate number i could call to complain. It’s late and driving back there tonight is not an option. I should have know there was going to be something wrong with my order because everyone waiting had issues before us and the staff couldn’t get it right amongst the

I am giving a three star because this evening I placed an order and they shorted me five wings. It is 908 PM and I’m calling but no one is picking up the phone at the establishment. When someone comes home after a hard days work- working hard for your money- you place an order to be delivered to your home- you expect the person on the receiving end to take care of your order and have it correctly delivered to you. Something is definitely wrong in the fact that I am calling to let them know they have shorted me five wings and no one is picking up. Come on staff, you don’t need a master’s to get an order correctly delivered. I am upset because my money, my hard earned money is that stake here .

This picture was Friday night at 7:30pm. I was trying to place an order and they kept telling me to give them a minute that they were prepping other food. Turns out they just didn’t want to take my order because one of them told me they were only working online orders and not trying to take in more orders. I left the store at 8:02 because they refused to take my order in store. This place was disgusting and unorganized so maybe it was just a blessing in disguise to not get food poisoning. This establishment should be shut down honestly, I will never be back.
