Wingstop

My family and I got excited when Rick Ross said wingstop had thighs!! We ordered from the app today Sunday Dec. 26th at 5:40. Went to pick up and the fries weren't ready .. So , we waited. When we got home the fries where not cooked all the way and the wings an thighs were a dried out mess! This was our second time giving wingstop a chance . The first-time we just thought it was a fluck that the wings were dried out and overcooked. But yet again!! We will not be back! Could have made better wings at home and it would have cost less.

I'm unsure what the issue is and I generally hate to leave a bad review for a place that's so obviously under staffed. I even slept on this for a week. That said I just can't go back to Wingstop again. Every single time we go the place is filthy, I can't even sit while I wait the 40 min it takes to get my order I placed on the app 30 min prior to arrival. L our order is constantly missing half of the order, the music is so loud the employees can't hear you, and when we get there there's no one in the building for 10+ min so we're just standing awkwardly at a counter wondering if everyone quit. When someone does come in they reek of weed, (and normally I'm fine with that) and just start handling food products without a sideways glance at a hand washing sink. I'd rather just go to Sully's and spend more to just get what I ordered.

Ordered food online. Estimated wait time was 49 min. I was ok with the wait except for standing there an additional 40 minutes waiting for my food to be made. I was asked by three different employees what my name was. All three looked at the tickets and walked away. I had to ask where my food was several times be fore I found out they didn't even have my ticket pulled. The part that up set me was the fact that several people came in and ordered food and got it before me. I do not recommend eating here. They have poor service and don't really care that they do.
