Wingstop

As I’m sitting waiting for my order the cashiers are having conversations about someone’s baby daddy and what a useless “pos” he is, using extremely vulgar language to do so, and when a doordash driver came up to check on an order one of them told him “you’ll just have to wait, nobody cares”, then slammed a cup on the counter and expected the driver to get the drink himself. I regularly doordash from this location for delivery but after the experience tonight picking up my own order I will not be ordering again.

I ordered delivery and 2 items were missing. If they didn't have something then a phone call would be decent customer service. Instead door dash delivered ( I didn't order through them I ordered from Wing Stop website) so I couldn't complain to them. I tried calling the store over 20 times in 2 hours. No answer. So they are ripping me off. I expect at least a refund for the stuff not delivered. How do you stay in business not answering your phone? Horrible.

Kitchen is always stressed even though they have 5-7 people back there, cashiers are always on their phone & lack general customer service, if you come any bit before the time of your order they will be rude to you BUT if you come any bit later it’s cold. I don’t get it honestly, just a mess. I️ love the ranch but I️ HATE the experience every time… ALSO as I’m typing this both cashiers are openly texting ????????????
